Petite Afrique beach

In a small bay with steep cliffs in the background, azure waters and a breathtaking coastline on both sides lies this lovely beach.

The beach is centrally located in relation to the city, yet a bit tucked away. So you have to know it’s there if you’re going to find it.  The beach is very cozy with good facilities and the water quality is really good.

TIP! On the other side of town is the very worthwhile Greek villa – Villa Kerylos.

There is both a large public part and a private beach with rental of sun loungers and umbrellas. In addition, the beach has a cozy restaurant where you can enjoy both a drink and / or a meal.

Definitely a place where the whole family can enjoy a nice day together at the beach.

How to get to Petite Afrique beach?

By car you drive from Nice through Beaulieu-Sur-Mer, and turn right down to the port. Opposite from the Monaco side, turn left towards the port before entering the city.

At the bottom of the harbor on the left side is the beach with good parking facilities. In high summer it is often full, just like everywhere else. So come early.

By bus, you can take line 100 and get off at the Petite Afrique stop.

The train station is about 1 km from the beach.
