Sea Battle with Flowers or Combat Naval Fleuri is a carnival of flowers both on land and sea along the harbor promenade in Villefranche-sur-Mer. Held every year in mid-February to celebrate the arrival of spring, thousands of carnations and mimosas color the town red and yellow.
